Travel Team Evaluations (Fall 2020)

The Club seeks to provide a healthy environment for any child in the community demonstrating the ability, interest and commitment to developing their soccer skills. The evaluation format for the creation of all Travel teams is created and run by professional soccer trainers. All players will be ranked based on their ability, attitude and coach-ability.

COVID19 Return to Play Protocols
The Club has put in place specific COVID-19 protocols that ALL Trainers, Players and Parents MUST FOLLOW before being allowed to participate in any training sessions this season. These protocols start with the active monitoring of each player’s health in order to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. Thus, in order to attend a session this season ALL Players, Training Staff and Training Supervisors MUST formally report on their health prior to coming to the field (no earlier than 24 hours before their team’s practice/game, and no later than 1 hour before the start of the session).
Our Parent Managers will be actively tracking survey results and will NOT allow any Player (or Trainer) onto the field if (A) the survey is not filled out before the Player/Trainer gets to the field or (B) the survey indicates that a Player/Trainer has potentially been exposed to COVID-19 and poses a risk to the session participants.
In the event that a Player/Trainer has tested either positive or has confirmed potential exposure, here are the steps the Club will be requiring before that Player/Trainer is allowed to return to the field:
For individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19: Written confirmation of COVID-19 negative status and/or clearance from their physician following the most up-to-date CDC guidelines to participate and return to activities.
For individuals who have experienced known COVID-19 exposure in the past 14 days: Written confirmation of COVID-19 clearance from their physician following the most up-to-date CDC guidelines.
Mask/Distancing Requirements for Players
Once a player leaves their car they MUST wear their face mask until they reach their sessions designated “player station”, which is effectively a cone/pinnie (spaced six feet apart on the field) where each player will leave their water bottles, bags, etc. and return during water breaks. At the end of practice players must wear their masks until they enter their car.
Players must brings their own soccer bag, water bottle(s), soccer ball, face mask and hand sanitizer/alcohol wipes to EVERY session. In addition, we will be requiring that each player brings their own pinnie, which you will be responsible for washing and putting back in their bag for the next practice/game.
Mask/Distancing Requirements for Trainer(s)
Once a Field Supervisor/Trainer leaves their car they are required to wear a face mask for the duration of the training sessions. When not actively coaching/instructing, they must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from players.
Parents/Siblings are asked to stay in their vehicle when picking up/dropping off to reduce exposure. If they do need to leave your vehicle to drop-off or pick-up their son/daughter, they must wear a face mask and must remain at the location designated by the Club for non-Players.
